...and yet this president, never, ever clarifies anything unless it is hand or crowd size. When Trump just blurt answers out of turn that make no sense and do not hold press conferences to clarify what you're trying to get across..the dim light of the left, is a perfect adjunct to the dim-wit in the WH.

So if you want to be an apologist for a someone who is clearly ADHD, have at it, explain in clear language what Trump is trying to say. I think he just picks the gum off of desks and proudly declares he found something that sticks.
