Robert Francis is NOT a smart politicIan or person. Guns don't kill people, people do. Are we going to ban cars next? They kill more people than guns. AR-15s were used in 25 percent of mass shootings, so why the knee jerky reaction to ban them...because it's a good start to the true goal of banning all guns. I own 3 myself, and the last time I checked Ted Kennedys car has still killed more people then my guns.
