Read the indictment charges, the ones he plead guilty to, they are clearly spelled out. For one he repeatedly lied about interactions with Russians. A person lies because they know what they did was not allowed or legal.
He "lied" to FBI agents in a conversation. Not under oath. Next?

flynn will never be in any government role again.. prison is where his home should be.
Along with all of the orange government we are strapped with at the moment..
as a refresher...
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_FlynnOn April 27, 2017, the Pentagon inspector general announced an investigation into whether Flynn had accepted money from foreign governments without the required approval.[16] The New York Times reported on May 18, 2018, that a longtime FBI/CIA informant had met Flynn at an intelligence seminar in Britain six months earlier and became alarmed by Flynn's closeness to a Russian woman there; this concern prompted another individual to alert American authorities that Flynn may have been compromised by Russian intelligence.[17] Flynn initially refused to hand over subpoenaed documents to the Senate Intelligence Committee, pleading the Fifth Amendment against self-incrimination, but a compromise with the committee was worked out.[18][19] On December 1, 2017, Flynn appeared in federal court to formalize a deal with Special Counsel Robert Mueller to plead guilty to a felony count of "willfully and knowingly" making "false, fictitious and fraudulent statements" to the FBI.[20] He confirmed his intention to cooperate with the Special Counsel's investigation.

As usual, you only have your part of the story. Do some real research.

The agents he talked with said they didn't think he lied to them. Mueller's Witch Hunting Safari came up with the plea bargain and Flynn agreed to the charges because they had already broken him financially.

Yes, that is an evil thought..
Darn, I would not know what to say if that happened..
Keep thinking..

Well...I already believe Flynn was bait and said so many moons ago, as you know.
I also believe we are witnessing a sting operation and said so many moons ago as well.
Ergo, much of what we've seen is an act, which I also believe.
Sooo...wouldn't it be a delicious plot twist if Pompeo is holding the job for Flynn (who knows where the bodies are buried) after he's exonerated in a dramatic way due to a malicious prosecution about the same time McCabe is indicted and is hired for Bolton's job by Trump, who loves the dramatic?

Mike, that will make a great movie..
But I do not think that even Washington operates in such a way..
Flynn is guilty by his own admission.. he will not get pardoned or allowed to walk away..
It is a good question though on why he has not been sentenced..
even without all this posted,, I do wonder who the heck is going to be in several positions next..
Only wait to find out..
