So,should we sue car maker if some suicidal idiot decides to go on mass killing by driving the car into the crowd of innocent people???....That happened a lot too...Looks like we are sue happy society!!

Although im very sorry for these little kids that lost their lives,parents are targeting the wrong people...IMHO!!!

Sure and then they can make car makers responsible for driving drunk and Muslim Jihad bombings as well. Hammer manufacturers can be held liable for you hitting your finger and saw manufacturers for amputation of ones limbs and fingers as well, Boy this would be a boon for all of those lawyers out there now wouldn't it?

Of course we should hold the gun manufacturers liable. The beer, wine, and liquor manufacturers are liable for alcoholism, drunk driving, and pregnancies. Auto makers are liable for car accidents. Lets just keep adding to the list. What kind of country would we have if we expect people to be responsible for their actions.
