So Republicans are wasting time with Obama Care adjustments? Let's look at one of them... late September there was one to remove the Individual mandate from Obamacare. The Harry Reid and Obama refused to even consider it and allowed the government to be "shut down". Due to the poor roll out of the website, a month later Obama unilaterally extended the individual mandate. Had he done it six weeks earlier, the government could have avoided a shutdown. So who wasted taxpayer dollars?

How about all the job bills (over 23) the House has sent to the Senate - which Harry Reid is sitting on refusing to bring them to a vote? Who is blocking efforts to work on that part of the economy? Just because a bill sent doesn't meet Senate approval doesn't mean it has to be dead. The Senate and House can meet and hammer out agreements. By not bringing it to a Senate vote, Reid is killing any chance that something can be done on the issue.

You bring up the birther issue... which illustrates the way this administration deals with unpleasant issues. Rather than provide conclusive proof to refute charges (fast and furious, benghazi, the IRS) they stall and stall... then claim that the GOP is beating a dead horse. The poor horse died from old age, not because he was healed!

Harris worked successfully to prevent Al Gore and the Chicago political machine from stealing the election. Gore conceded the election on national TV on election night, but the machine shut him up and went to work on a huge lying and smearing campaign to try to steal the election. They were of course aided by the news media and the NAACP. Katherine Harris worked according to the letter of the law and performed the duties of her office exactly as she was required to do. The smear campaign against her was nothing but a huge, partisan political lie.


A massive telephone solicitation called negros in South Florida to coach them on how to complain that they were prevented fro0m voting even though they had not attempted or cared to vote.

In some counties recounts of paper ballots were held. The recounters were all democrats and no republicans were allowed to be present during the recounts. The dems said that they were "determining the intent" of a large number of voters who had accidently cast votes for Bush, but had really intended to vote for Gore. There were no recounts in counties that had gone for Gore.

Overseas military absentee ballots were thrown out because they had arrivede late. They arrived late because they had been held in storage instead og being delivered. The d
