The sadness is in how we are so divided in how we view our government as it is now.
Too many hang on to the two party system that has been used to divide us & keep us divided.

This is like a cancer that we all fuel the growth of.

We can not or should not choose sides in how we face these issues.

If we wish to have a United States of America.
It is being united as individuals that is our obligation.

That means putting aside many of our personal views on issues.
We need to look for agreement & put aside making big issues that divide us.
Never forgetting that we need to share space with each other.
Space that has become crowded as there is more of us.

So Carol if we can not find room for others.
There may not be room for one or both of us.

We need to live with the idea that the world is a better place because of us.
