Shep Smith on Fox said there is NO new wall; just repair of Obama’s wall. The Dems offered Trump $21 billion for the wall in exchange for citizenship for the DACA people. Trump refused. Currently there is no wall funding apart from the $5 billion Congress gave him. That’s all.
