The disastrous Iran bribe was never a "deal", no one ever signed anything. The billions of dollars jihad loving Obama gave to the number 1 state sponsor of terrorism, has been used for just that...to sponsor terrorism world wide. And you are right there was NEVER any real mechanism to inspect ANYTHING. The reason a lot of European countries liked the Iran farce is there were billions of dollars to be made. That farce didn't prevent Iran from gaining a nuclear weapon, it guaranteed they would get one.
