The article mentioned that there were about 30 would be trannys in various prisons. Why not house them all in the same prison, paid for by the state that convicted them. Then they wouldn't face abuse from other normal inmates and could serve out their time and go off on their own to pay for their sex changes. I don't think that women prizoners want to be around them either.
