Alex, you are right also with those remedies.Stopping wheat is a good policy no matter what, it didn't help me that much with the reflux but I lost a couple inches on the waist, but the lemon juice , apple cider vinegar helped, and stevia is a good alkaline sweetener if you dont mind an aftertaste although I dont taste that.I am getting great results with a little magnesium in my coffee or tea, no heartburn later.Also since taking magnisium less back pain and a whole new burst of energy.But everyone is different .I think the drug companies are poisoning us with some drugs and making billions selling us another drug for the cure.

I agree the drug companies are bad, but you know what is worse? The FDA who is allowing the corporate farmers to feed drugs and steroids to the animals we consume. I truly believe that the steroids and drugs are the primary reason for all the cancers as well as things like autism etc increases in our children. If they were to outlaw and enforce the use of these chemicals, then the overall health of the people would improve tremendously for future generations, it's too late for us, we are already poisoned.
