Peewee was vacationing on the Riviera when he met an old friend,Slatten
Peewee asked Slat what he was doing here on the Riviera.
Slat said"Well peewee,you remember that worthless piece of real estate I bought last year?
the old house caught on fire and burned to the ground,and here I am with the fire insurance proceeds.
Now peewee,what are you doin here?"
Peewee said Well Slat,you remember that old farm I bought last year?
" The river overflowed and washed the farm house away.And here I am with the flood insurance proceeds!"
Slatten was bewildered"Gee Peewee,how do you make a river overflow?"
Peewee asked Slat what he was doing here on the Riviera.
