Actually the democrat party would be better off to allow those prosecutions to happen and get rid of all of the corruption and dead wood in there party and that would make them a more vibrant and woke party which would help them in the future although I am sure that they don't and won't see it that way.

Since when did they recover the DNC server? The last FBI public report was that they were denied access to the server and even as late as the release of the Mueller report, had never had access. The DOJ admitted the FBI never had access during their Roger Stone case. How could it not be in the purview if he was charged with investigating Russian collusion. In fact even if you limit it to Trump/Russian collusion, checking the veracity of the evidence you are relying on would DEFINITELY be in his purview!!!!

In fact his cherges on all those he DID have indicted had NO connection at all to any collusion. So if these unrelated actions could be in his purview, why not investigating the veracity of the alleged evidence he used.
