You see a small segment, and don't see the huge numbers of good people who are muslim. This is exactly what exists with christian identifying groups who are despicable, white supremacists, skinheads, and others who do violent acts of terrorism in the name of god and the bible. Decent people do not call all christians terrorists because there are a few hundred thousand or million deeply disturbed people. There are somewhere around five million muslims in this country, and the majority are good people. There is less muslim related domestic violence and acts of terrorism against christians or anyone else by a fraction than there is by white christian oriented people against muslims and their mosques...that is a fact.

Since 9/11, Muslim terrorists have committed 35,000+ attacks in countries around the world, they have killed 200,000 people and injured many thousands more, many of whom were fellow Muslims. Under the banner of Islam, terror groups are a global problem.
On June 1, 2009, American Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad, born Carlos Leon Bledsoe, opened fire with a rifle in a drive-by shooting on soldiers in front of a United States military recruiting office in Little Rock, Arkansas. He killed Private William Long and wounded Private Quinton Ezeagwula.
On November 5, 2009, Nidal Hasan, a radical Muslim army officer shot and killed 13 soldiers at Ft Hood, TX.
On April 15, 2013, Chechen Kyrgyzstani-Muslim American brothers Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and Tamerlan Tsarnaev planted two homemade pressure cooker bombs detonated 12 seconds and 210 yards apart at 2:49 p.m., near the finish line of the race, killing three people and injuring several hundred others, including 16 who lost limbs. During the hunt for them, they killed an MIT policeman, kidnapped a man in his car, and had a shootout with the police in nearby Watertown, during which two officers were severely injured, one of whom died a year later. Tamerlan was shot several times, and his brother ran him over while escaping in the stolen car; Tamerlan died soon after.
On July 16, 2015, Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez opened fire on two military installations in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He first committed a drive-by shooting at a recruiting center, then traveled to a U.S. Navy Reserve center and continued firing, where he was killed by police in a gunfight. Four Marines died on the spot. A Navy sailor, a Marine recruiter, and a police officer were wounded; the sailor died from his injuries two days later.
On December 2, 2015, Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik killed 14 people and wounded 22 others in a terrorist attack consisting of a mass shooting and an attempted bombing at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, California.
On June 12, 2016, Omar Mateen, an American Muslim of Afghan parents killed 49 people and wounded 53 others in a mass shooting inside Pulse, a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida, United States. Orlando Police Department officers shot and killed him after a three-hour standoff.
Show us proof that there are terror groups operating globally under the banner of Christianity.
