While all the other First Ladies of the WH, had only 1 to 2 Assistants. First Lady Mamie Eisenhower's 1 Assistant was by her own money. She did not use the taxpayers' money.

Back then the former president and first lady were cashing out of an America they had already cashed in on, returning to private activist life as multi-millionaires; pretending to be congratulatory to America’s 45th while having left behind the White House plants ready to take him down.
