Hey, herbie, Trump is an American citizen. Under our system of justice, every citizen is presumed innocent until proven guilty. The burden of proof is upon the accuser. The accuser must have sufficient evidence to file charges. Formal charges are issued in what is called an indictment. The indictment might go to a grand jury. The grand jury will convene to determine if sufficient evidence exists to go forward with a prosecution, Or, the indictment may be submitted directly to a court of law for prosecution. In court, under a judge and an impaneled jury, an attorney will prosecute in an attempt to prove guilt.

Every American citizen has the constitutional (6th Amendment) right to trial by a jury of peers, the right to confront the accuser and the right to defend against the charges.

If the jury returns a guilty verdict, only then is the accused GUILTY as charged.

So, let's look at the facts. Mueller and his team investigated for 2 plus years. At the conclusion of the investigation, no indictments for collusion or obstruction were issued. Therefore the case did not go to a grand jury or to a court. Therefore, no prosecution took place, therefore Trump was not found guilty of anything.

IOW, your assumption of guilt is meaningless.

Sen. John McCain passed away from brain cancer almost a year ago, but Donald Trump has not yet stopped insulting him at every given opportunity. To do it on American soil is disgusting enough, especially considering that he has family members who still grieve for him. To do it in, of all places, Russia is just beyond the pale.

When a reporter from Russian TV network Rosslya 24, who regularly criticizes and mocks Trump’s stupidity, stopped Trump at the G20 Summit and asked for comments, Trump had plenty to give. He called Putin “a terrific person” but said that he “never liked” McCain.

To be clear, Trump praised a Russian president who orders the murders of journalists, abuses his position of office to enrich himself and his oligarch friends, and attacked the United States during the 2016 presidential election using cyberhackers to get to the Democratic National Committee’s email servers, as well as those of Trump’s opponent, Hillary Clinton. John McCain was a war hero who survived torture, served his country in political office for decades, and died. Clearly, Trump’s loyalities do not lie with America’s interests.

Earlier in the day, Trump also defended Putin’s statements that Western style liberalism, which differs from modern notions of liberals in the same way that the term democracy differs from the political party named Democrats, and supports equality and government protection of its citizens. In just a few days, Trump will stand at the National Mall and put on a spectacle to prove his patriotism, but fireworks and military air shows do not erase Trump’s undermining of everything the United States has ever stood for.

I don’t know a thing about you. Your “We the people” is an insult to me & most hard working Americans. You are definitely not of “We the people”. Your stars & stripes fist is a crock, insult as bad as the NFL players.

If you think think you know what this country is really about, you are sadly mistaken. I have never read a post of yours that said any thing in favor of America, yet your fist is red, white, & blue.

Where I grew up, if you set fire to the American Flag, defiled it in any way, you would be lucky to live. I know times have changed, but if anyone climbs the fence in my yard, tries to pull down my flag, if the dogs are only holding them, which they are trained to do, I will call the dogs off to protect them, & put the trespasser in the hospital for at least 90 days myself. The dogs are trained so if one is hurt, the others attack, what they can do to a 300lb. hog is amazing.

Why don’t you give up your fist wrapped in stars & stripes, forget you think you represent “The People”, & wrap your middle finger w/ a donkey.
