I am not so sure about his politics, but I do know about him. He is and always has been a great supporter of minority health programs. It would stand to reason that he would support another program that is minority centered. Everyone ignores that the real reason for socialized medicine was to cover minorities who traditionally did not buy insurance and relied on emergency rooms for acute care.
