IMHO: Whether they had previous US felonies or not, they become felons just because they crossed our border illegally a second time. their first crossing was only a misdemeanor.

One would really have to be an anti-USA progressive constitutional lawyer with a dogs hind legs (which are very crooked) to manage to stretch and twist the wording of our Constitution to benefit these illegal migrants. Our ultra-liberal universities are puking out this type of lawyer by the thousands! Being both an illegal and a felon these illegal alien migrants have no rights here. The best they should be able to hope for without a visa would be to rate being treated as a guest without benefits, for a short period before being deported, unless of course, they become violent while in custody, which should result in whatever force is necessary to keep the peace.

The basic problem is not with most of the people in the caravans other than they are overloading our system; only relatively few are troublemakers and/or terrorists, However, the Democrats and their RINO lackeys being hard-core deep-state socialist extremist progressive globalists with a Hillary Clinton complex, is the real problem! Unfortunately, her idiotology and political correctness are very contagious, especially to formative youth in modern progressive public schools; it grows like a cancer and we have allowed it to metastasize nearly beyond control. We need to purge our government and our educational system of these Communist/socialist progressives and replace them with our outstanding legal citizens with some actual common sense and a well established love for our Republic, along with our borders, language and culture! What was supposed to change in two weeks? Are Democrats supposed to capitulate to a wall simply because he adds deportation to the mix? This is an election cycle. Our previous record for deportation was 400 thousand. What Trump is talking about is breaking up families which will be plastered all over the nation. Remember, you have Fox news, we have everything else. This is not the picture family value cons are trying to paint when they are trying to get elected. Nor is it a draw to the center which Trump is going to need if he is going to be elected for a second time. Hell, I say deport away.
