This woman is a down to earth, common sense individual who believes in our Constitution, cutting the size of the federal government and the cost to operate it, states rights, the right to life (she had a 'special needs child rather than kill it)...and she practices what she preaches every day of her life.

How about giving some of the reasons...not absurd rhetoric...legitimate reasons for the denigrating comment you made. Back it up with some facts. She is an accomplished woman deserving of respect. Back up your snide, moronic rhetoric with some facts.

I am not surprised. I left the Democratic Party years ago after Lyndon Johnson was elected. His 'Great Society' (constructing the 'Welfare State' was a disaster! I have been a staunch Independent since. I am as disappointed (possibly more so) in the performance of Republicans as I am Democrats. Serious change is needed in America if we are to survive as a Capitalistic, free society.

Our national debt, exacerbated by the reckless spending of Obama and his Socialist Democrats, and their attack on our Constitutional rights and form of government cannot be tolerated. Sarah Palin would be a trusted ally in our fight to regain control of our federal government. What she promises she will do. I follow her very closely and have never caught her in a lie. She is as dangerous to RHINOs as she is to Obama's gang of lying thugs. She's my kind of politician...honest and forthright for a change. She has been throughout her career.

I would like to see a split in the democrat party, maybe all the gays and blacks could start there own party. Much better idea.

There are many blacks that are waking up to the idea the Welfare State and other liberal Democrat ideas are simply in place to control them and keep them on the Democrat Plantation. These folks have seen their families ruined, communities decimated and have done nothing for their kids except leave a legacy of squalor. These people are called Frederick Douglass Republicans and may signal a split in the Democrat Party. This is not what we would expect from Democrats - a race to the bottom of the barrel comes to mind right away when one thinks of a Democrat split.

Personally, I would like to see more people join these folks who want a better life for themselves and their children rather than accepting a life based on lies, control and misery. I wish them well.

We have established and maintained a 'two party political system' from 'day one' in this nation, and BOTH have failed a very large portion of the electorate. Now what do we do? Who can we turn to?

Quid Pro Quo, Doninvirginia: Next month Mark Levin has a new book coming out and he promises to start talking about what he thinks might be a potential solution or course of action we conservatives should take re the Washington establishment cabal between democrats and RINO republicans. I suspect he may call for conservatives to leave the republican party to the RINOs and form a Conservative National Committee and Conservative party. If it happened, most all conservatives would leap at the opportunity. Presently, I'll not give another dime to RINO republicans. And, I believe old time patriotic democrats would consider joining the CNC for the reason that it has become clear that the Marxist/Muslim/usurper and his politburo of plotters have taken over the democrat party. The democrat party is lost to old time patriotic democrats and if they come to a Conservative party that was pleading traditional values and economic capitalism, the Conservative party could quickly compete and the RINO party would wither and die, again leaving us with a two party system. What do we have to lose, as we have no representation in the RINO controlled republican party presently, and it continues to go along and get along with the extreme left wing Marxist/Muslim/usurper and the Washington establishment ruling class.
