Obama dismissed by Saudi King Abdullah?

Obama was scheduled to have what was described as an “intimate” dinner with King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia over the weekend, and stay the night in the Kingdom. Howvever the dinner abruptly ended, and Obama left Saudi Arabia after only two hours.

Was there a national emergency in Obama’s Final Four bracket?

The objective of the visit was to mend fences, and get the relationship between America and the Saudi’s back on track, so why the abrupt end?

Although the White House denies there was dinner scheduled, apparently scrubbing all references to the soiree; there is some evidence still out there. It is rumored that the Obama administration has even demanded the return of all materials related to the event from the media, like copies of the printed schedule. The White House has even deleted a tweet about the “intimate” dinner.

However, there remains a bit of evidence of the dinner that never was, and that abruptly ended as you can see from the screenshot of part of the AP story.

Here are two references from the lamestream media, and I suggest you monitor these as they will undoubtedly disappear soon, in the spirit of Obama-defined “transparency.”

Was Obama propositioned by King Abdullah? Or did the Saudi King simply dispatch Obama’s wimpy butt back to the U.S. We may never know.

Well, at least we know now that Obama couldn't be a Muslim. Maybe the Saudis thought he would lay down his prayer mat and worship Allah with them. We will never know or we could check with the BBC. They always let everything out of the bag. The Brits love to talk.

I agree with you. It is almost like he tries to tell the world, it is his way or the highway. If his actions here in the US is not enough to turn you cold, then we have to sit up and pay attention to his foreign policy and his inability to handle or even talk about issues that could ignite wars.
One person just said that his departure proves he is not Muslim. I do not think this proves any such thing. It proves that Obama should not be representing the US!

I do not see anything in the media about this, but most of the things he does, especially any failures, are not "reporting" material approved by the WH. So I am not surprised. I think his early departure does say quite about his foreign relations, how he handles uncomfortable issues, and the new view the world has of the USA.

But, that is simply my opinion and yours is just as valid.

A serious rift between Obama and the Saudis would be a good thing for America, but I don't think anything will become of this one, if it exists.

The Saudi king is the keeper of Mecca. In Islam he's up there with Mohammed. So the most likely scenario here is that he's angry with Obama and punished him by sending him to stand in the corner like an errant child. It's certain that Obama would never purposely offend the king and Holy Sacred Muckymuck.

My bet is that Obama didn't follow the kings instructions, and it's hard to say which those might have been. Maybe our Great Leader hasn't clamped down on our oil production enough, or his refusal to attack Iran, perhaps.
