I became aware of the "Herd Mentality" back in the early 70's when the unions tried to organize Arizona. Their membership comprised about 10% of the construction work force at that time. They recognized how much money they were losing in their union coffers and put on a full court press to achieve their scam. I had many heated ideological and several physical encounters with the union reps and their goons on some of my jobs. Long story short they were unsuccessful. Dyed in the wool union fanatics followed this sinking ship because they couldn't think for themselves, which has become a pathetic reality across the country in every community. After many years of dealing with this nonsense I finally decided that trying to educate these idiots on the principals this country was founded on, was the only thing that would save this country.

I just read they snucked in a 2.4% pay raise one was crying they hadn't had a pay raised since 2008 and I said well the finical shape they got the state in they ought to have their pay cut in half !
