Read the frigging thing or shut up. Arguing with people who believe Barr and Trump is ridiculous.
Take your own advice. I HAVE read it!!! It clearly indicates ZERO evidence was found of collusion. It isn't as strongly worded about whether there was obstruction. But the items listed are not obstruction. For instance;
*the 1st item listed is that during the campaign Trump denied there was collusion with Russia.
>In what world is denying you were involved in a crime in which you turned out to be correct, obstruction of justice?
*The 2nd item was Trump's conversation with Comey regarding Flynn where he said, "I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go. He is a good guy. I hope you can let this
go."
>How is saying "I hope" the equivalent of ordering the FBI drop it. This is NOT obstruction of justice!
*The 3rd is Trump not wanting Sessions to recuse himself and allow those who made it clear they had an anti-Trump agenda.
>This was a perfectly reasonable thing to be concerned about!!!!
*The 4th is Trump firing Comey.
>This has been examined ad nauseum. There were multiple valid reasons to fire him which did not involve the investigation, and Trump received multiple recommendations that Comey should be fired. Especially the letter Rosenstein wrote recommending Comey's firing. Following these recommendations id NOT obstruction of justice!
*The 5th is Trump voicing his anger that Sessions recused himself and suggesting he resign. The report includes in info that Sessions wrote a letter of resignation which Trump refused to accept.
>Even if he had accepted Sessions' resignation, it would NOT have been obstruction of justice. Session resigning would not end the investigation.
*The 6th was Trump asking that Sessions publicly state that Mueller's investigation was being unfairly done.
>Even if Sessions had made such a statement, it would not have closed the investigation so not obstruction of justice.
*The 7th was Trump wanting his aides to NOT give the emails about the Trump tower meeting to the press before they were investigated by Mueller.
>So how can giving the info to the investigators BEFORE the news media be considered obstruction of justice?
*The 8th was Trump saying he had warm regards for Flynn and praised Manafort.
>obstruction??????
*The 9th was Trump's change of comments regarding Cohen from supportive to castigation after Cohen lied.
>Even if Trump's opinion of Cohen had no good basis, how does his opinion obstruct justice?
Here is the Mueller Report volumn II which is the part which deals with potential obstruction.
