It depends on the rules of wrestling 'your wife'. Lots of sports today allow biological males who identify as females, to compete against biological females, and thereby dominate the sport. If those rules apply to Michelle, she'd whup Barry.
If the more enlightened rational view prevails, which is that biological males are still males with more testosterone, and shouldn't be allowed to compete in a wrestling match against their spouse, then Barry wouldn't be allowed to wrestle Michelle.

Oh, I don't know the way the question is phrased and the definition of "wrestling match", but I bet they take turns being on top. However, their private relationship with each other is none of my business so I pass on this question.
