With the house voting on holding Barr in contempt, it would appear he prefers they not go there, probably because a likely next step would be to impeach him.

Mnuchin on the other hand may be toast, not only does he have zero legal standing to prevent the IRS from turning over Trump tax returns, the Washington Post published a leaked document from the IRS legal department that told Mnuchin he had no choice. Their little caveat "unless the president asserts executive privilege" meant nothing as there would be no possible grounds for that.

It would make perfect sense to impeach Mnuchin for violating a house subpoena.

Cleaning the swamp, one dirty slime at a time.

What's your take on Trump saying John Kerry violated the Logan Act in conducting talks with Iranian officials?

It is laughable considering the Idiot Pumpkinfuhrer’s public and very real violation in asking Russia to hack Secretary Clintons emails. He should have been arrested as soon as he made the request.

Re: alleged violation of Logan Act by John Kerry

Trump is authorized to conduct the affairs of the US.

Not even the FBI has been given access to the Clinton private server to analyze whether Russian hacking did, indeed, occur.

The statement Trump made asking Russia to hack Hillary's server was sarcasm, IMO.

You would think as much sarcasm Kevyn hands out, he would recognize it from others.
Hatred prevents clear thinking.

I've taken a bit of a break from the fracas here at OPP.

Glad to see real Americans who are awake and posting on this message group.

I suspect that those here at OPP who have been supporting the deep state are persons of interest in investigations involving draining the swamp. Perhaps the over-70,000 sealed indictments include not-so-esteemed posters here who have operated as gatekeepers, trolls and disinfo agents? This is my hope.

Get back with us when you can post something that makes sense--at least provide more full information ... make your reply more clear.
