Duh. He handed that off to Congress.

This assertion is inaccurate.
"The second statement in Barr's four-page summary was that while Mueller found evidence of obstruction of justice by Trump personally, he left the decision of how to proceed with this evidence to Barr; Barr then concluded that the president would not be prosecuted."

The summary, and Mueller report stated that no conclusion was made on whether or not Trump committed obstruction.

https://www.nbcwashington.com/news/politics/Full-Text-Read-AG-Barrs-Summary-of-Mullers-Findings-507584721.html

This from your article is also inaccurate.
"...he was asked by a member of the subcommittee if he knew anything about any criticisms by members of Mueller's team about his four-page summary of Mueller's conclusions. He replied, "No, I don't.""

The question was whether anyone on Mueller's team felt frustrated. His answer was he did not know whether members of the special counsel's office were "frustrated," but he "[suspected] that they probably wanted more put out." How is that a lie?

He went on to say, ""I talked directly to Bob and Bob told me he did not have objections to the accuracy (of the summary)," Barr said, "but that he wanted more out there to provide additional context to explain his reasoning on why he didn't reach a decision on obstruction."" Note that Mueller admits he did NOT reach a decision on obstruction!

The statute that the House Democrats now claim Barr violated is the obstruction of justice statute -- engaging in deceptive or diversionary behavior for a corrupt purpose in order to impede a government investigation or inquiry. So what was deceptive? He didn't follow the Democrat script but instead presented the Mueller report as is instead of overriding it and calling Trump guilty.

So if you don't watch FoxNews, how can you know whether or not Fox commentators lie?

If the truth isn't what you want you beat up the source or the person. Trump is the most consistent pathological serial liar we've ever seen in politics yet you worship his very word. Catch him in a lie and it's no big thing.

So tell us when you have caught him in lies. If he is a pathological liar, you must have heard at least 10 lies. No don't post that mostly debunked list put out more than a year ago. Tell me what lies you yourself have heard him say or read from transcripts which were lies.

Judge Napolitano is a known Trump hater and has never had a good word to say about President Trump. Just one more with TDS. Nothing new in his theory. I will take the word of a known liberal that is a Constitutional Law professor over Napolitano.

Me too. I assume you mean Dershowitz.

Strange then that he’s Fox’s chosen political commentator, because Fox is Trump’s personal Broadcasting media. A sort of Trump Propaganda Ministry.

What makes you say he is Fox News chosen political commentator? Fox News, unlike the MSM, regularly has left wing commentators on their shows to present their views as well as the right wing commentators. The MSM sticks to those who are all on the same left wing page.

Duh. Congress can't prosecute nor even recommend prosecution. Handing it to Congress means no crime found!

Congress is the Legislative Branch, they write laws, they neither make them nor prosecute them. Congress does not have plenary power over any other branch of the government.

The president's signature establishes a law, the Department of Justice enforces them.
