What Weissmann & Jennie Rhea [who authored the Mueller "Letter"] were trying to do was to enforce their list of weak/failed list of "possible" obstructions of justice they included with the 428 pg Mueller Report ~ They even added Memorandums of Law in Support [old case law cases that involved obstruction of justice that had "lumped" several issues together] but within all of these cases they were trying to circumvent they are had "Criminal Intent" which none of Trump's did!!
