And after the US has defeated other sworn enemies, say like Germany or Japan in WWII, have there been any subsequent communications with these countries? It seems to me that these countries are now some of our biggest trading partners.
So explain to me again why Trump should be impeached for talking to Putin.

Take James Comey, for example. Before the 2016 elections was even on the drawing board, lib progs in congress and in the media were screaming for Obama to fire him. Back then Comey was a lying, cheating scumbag. Nana Pelosi, Schmuck Schumer, and many others in congress delivered speeches on the House and Senate floor demanding Comey be fired. And they were aided and abetted by CNN, MSNBC, NYT, WaPo and every other leftist network. Poor guy was being shoved in a meat grinder.
Then, when old Jimmy Comey deftly and without blinking an eye delivered his Hillary Clinton exoneration speech, suddenly he was a friggin' hero, a stellar embodiment of American justice.
There are others that got the same treatment. Brett Kavanaugh is an outstanding example. And, why?
The progs in congress contested to one degree or other every Trump nominee for a cabinet or a principal officer post. It wouldn't matter if president Trump nominated God himself for AG, the left would completely ignore his resume, and go after his character and personality and his family and anyone else who . . . Oops! Bad example, the left has already taken Him out.
Now look at those maniacs in congress and in the media as they expose themselves once again for the hypocrites they are.

Oh, forgive me. You say we should "agree with our intelligence community". With such sterling paragons of virtue like the fired James Comey former head of the FBI, or James Clapper former head of National Intelligence, or John Brennan, the former Director of the CIA whose security clearance was yanked, or Loretta Lynch, head of the DOJ or any of their underlings, like the fired Andrew McCabe, or the fired Peter Strzok, or the fired Bruce Ohr, or the criminally charged Nellie Ohr. And on and on.
Why wouldn't anyone put faith in what they have to say? What could possibly go wrong by not "agreeing with our intelligence community?"

If US Presidents were selected by popular vote, both Trump and Hillary Clinton would have run different campaigns. They both played according to the rules in place which was to win states and not total votes. For you to whine about the rules after the contest is sour grapes. Even Hillary used an Electoral Vote Strategy. She did not try to win the popular vote.
I submit that Trump would have campaigned differently and still would have won if it was all about the popular vote.
