Apologized, what kind of drugs are you doing? They are figuring out when and how to impeach based on the part 2 indictment for obstruction. It's all there, the DOJ couldn't indict so they gave congress what was needed.
After 2020 there will be 2 years to charge him, word is that any competent prosecutor can easily make the case.
