Obviously Cher recognizes that the flood of illegals continuing to pour across our southern border is way beyond being sustainable. It's just common sense.
But for those who continue to advocate open borders and sanctuary cities, Rush Limbaugh has a novel, tongue in cheek idea. "Adopt an illegal". Brilliant! Just like any number of other humanitarian programs for disadvantaged people worldwide, heck even for portions of our highways.
He proposes various levels of participation starting with bronze to silver, then gold and ending at platinum. Subscribers would receive a signed photo of their illegal alien, and depending on their level of participation could correspond with him or her. Platinum subscribers would provide their home address to their illegal, who would be welcome into the subscriber's home if the illegal was dissatisfied with their social services benefits.
I think it's a great idea for the open border, sanctuary city advocates.
