Who is the smartest guy in the room ?

Ukraine buys almost all its energy (natural gas)from Russia. Revenues from natural gas sales are a primary source of income for Russia.
Because of the recent disagreement between Ukraine and Russia, Russia is raising the price of natural gas it sells to Ukraine.
Ukraine is almost broke and can’t afford the increase in the natural gas price because it would be forced into bankruptcy.
Obama(the USA) just announced the United States is giving Ukraine $1 billion to assist in paying for the higher priced natural gas it buys from Russia.
So, the United States is actually giving Russia $1 billion because the money is just passing through Ukraine.
The first question: Has Putin figured out a way to raise the price of his natural gas sales and make the U.S. pay for the increase?
Next question: Was he really in the KGB or was he a commodities trader?
If this analysis is accurate, Putin just got Obama(the USA) to pay him $1 billion by holding a press conference and trucking some troops across town from the Russian Navy base in Ukraine.
Who is the smartest guy in the room now?

The IMF is going to loan Ukraine 38 billion to pay off Russia and stabilize the economy. All Putin has to do is sit back and in 6 months after the IMF austerity guidelines are in full swing the rest of the country will be begging Russia to re patriot. The elderly have already been told their pensions will go from $165.00 a month to $80.00 under the IMF agreement. They will turn them into another Greece and the money will have been pilfered and gone.
Putin doesn't have to fire a shot to cripple the US. All he has to do is start taking any currency other than the US petrol dollar for oil and gas exports. The Euro will be strengthened and the dollar would go belly up. We have to have some of the stupidest people running things in this country to not be trying to work this out or stay out of it completely.

Where does Obama get lawful authority to confiscate money from American taxpayers and give it to The Ukraine or any other foreign country. This is even worse than the usual give away of tax money to foreign countries in that as far as I can determine this was a unilateral move by Obama without any consent of congress or the citizens of the U.S.

Obama has already given 5 billion to Ukraine over the last 5 years setting up this NGO government take over.
The budget that the American people hear about is only a well orchestrated stage play and has nothing to do with what money is really used for. Over half our outgoing money is through a classified budget called "the black budget" How do you think that the Washingtonite elites buy off most of the worlds leaders to betray their countries. Europe is nothing more than a US colony and they lost all individuality and their constitutional countries rights when the UN was formed.

"The 1949 CIA Act comprised additions to those sections of the 1947 National Security Act that dealt with the creation of CIA. The 1949 CIA Act gave a Congressional stamp of approval to the creation of a ‘black budget’ as the following sections make clear:

… any other Government agency is authorized to transfer to or receive from the Agency such sums without regard to any provisions of law limiting or prohibiting transfers between appropriations [emphasis added]. Sums transferred to the Agency in accordance with this paragraph may be expended for the purposes and under the authority of sections 403a to 403s of this title without regard to limitations of appropriations from which transferred."

I didn't know that being a member of the KGB prohibited commodities trading.

If Obama can do whatever he wants - including making or doing away with any laws here - why can't we?
No one really wants Obama as president anyway.
We are the people of the US and yet this so called president of the US - but is he legally - does things to us without our knowledge however he wants to. If we have to continue to pay his salary for doing for us, just what is he doing for us? All of this is silly and we continue letting it happen without thought.
Americans are awake - they are just lazy for not doing anything to help our country. Don't just be awake America, STAND UP for your rights (and that does not have anything to do with race factors).
I want different kind of laws for us, how about YOU?

I believe that foreign investment is prohibited in Russia with the exception of real estate and I am sure that is wisely done under a protected "trust". That is why tit for tat sanctions against countries billionaires like what is going on now is a losing proposition for us. The 1% mainly in energy deals are far more invested in Russia than Russians are in the US.

If laws are unconstitutional I personally feel that they should not be complied with. I don't believe in lawlessness as has occurred in Kiev but that if we would go back to the Constitution and respect each others rights this mass amount of laws would not be needed. Un fortunately with extending others rights in the name of progressive affirmative action that we have stepped on other peoples rights. Everyone should have the same rights, no more ,no less. I live out in a mostly rural area and don't know a single person who would obey any new laws that would go against their basic constitutional rights. Take heart, they would have a much more difficult time implementing their "laws" out here than in the urban areas. Maybe it will spread when the time comes.
