WELL WORTH REPEATING
In Canada, our government, in its eternal wisdom,
recently passed two laws. They are:
1. Legalized gay marriage
2. Legalized marijuana
Legalizing gay marriage and marijuana at the same time
makes perfect Bibical sense ! ! !
Leviticus 20:13 saays:
"If a man lies with another man they should be stoned."
Apparently, we just hadn't interpreted it correctly before!

Although I am against both Gay Marriage (civil union is fine) and Legalizing Marijuana (not that it really made a difference), I feel that I should point out that the use of that Leviticus 20:13 is a logical fallacy...
Unless we are going to advocate for all the laws of Leviticus (Personally I will take Sharia over that) then we should avoid cherrypicking any particular vetse....
And where is the verse condemning Marijuana use? The author could at least finish his thought...
Hope you are well tonight Bcon...
And thanks for depressing me... Glad I live in a country where both are still illegal...
Your friend, Kyle

Doesn't mean I can't criticize it when I think it's making a mistake

Canada's not quite as "healthy" as it used to be huh? Sometimes it seems as though the entire civilized world is about 24 hours from returning to the jungle. Might need to emigrate to the uncivilized parts of the world to find a safe quiet place.

I truly sympathize with you and know exactly how you feel. We enjoy our Snow Birds here in Panama City, Florida. Of course we get the older retired Canadians and their sentiments are similar to your own. It's surprising how active they are at participating in our community activities. Many of them have been coming for years and have made many close friends.
The Bible warns against pharmacopeia! It is compared to witchcraft! Some say well it’s natural! I say so is oleander, smoke it!

What is oleander?
A flowering bush that can be pousenious, not allowed around horses especially! Usually grown along highways! Pretty flower and drought resistant!
