The dems are infamous for dirty voting tactics. Obamas political incubator, Chicago, had the mayor Dailey "machine". Chicago fraud was so known that jokes were made, "vote early and often", "dead ppl vote too". But it kept Chicago under Dailey family rule for 50 years, and surely Obama noticed. Dems are so desperate to regain power that they will resort to criminal elections. Illegals voting are a logical extension of that attitude. When historically red districts are being lost w/last minute surprise recounts, or newly discovered votes, it screams fraud.

The very people you are claiming are disenfranchised are the most likely to be receiving government benefits for which that terrible photo ID is required. It is two years between substantive elections. The day after the 2020 election it will start.
