However, I would trust something I heard on FOX a hell of a lot more readily than I would something I heard on CNN or something I read in the New York Times.

Keep in mind the DEMOCRATS are paying Cohen's attorney fees. The fact that Lanny Davis, (long time operative and close friend to Hillary,) is his lawyer should be something a "free press" might think the public should know. In today's media, (propaganda) atmosphere, being connected in ANY way to President Trump is reason enough for the abusively biased media to repeatedly point that out, and then smear that person relentlessly. One could say that this is taking being a sore loser to the extremes. But the Democrats, especially Hillary and Obama, (along with their operatives and appointees,) NEEDED to win. As they suspected, the unprecedented amount of corruption and abuse of power, (that no one was EVER supposed to find out about,) is starting to surface. Their arrogance, (Obama rigged the 2012 election by weaponizing the IRS and got away with it,) led them to be a lot less careful about covering their tracks than they should have been. So when the unthinkable happened and the American people elected Donald Trump, these political thugs started this attempt at a political coup. ALL this is an ongoing effort to overturn the results of the 2016 election, (and punish President Trump and those who voted for him, (or against Hillary,) for daring to undermine them cheating Hillary into the White House. There needs to be a clear message sent, if ANYONE tries to interfere with the bureaucratic state retaining and wielding power, they need to be crushed, so no one will ever attempt to reign them in again. We are witnessing an attempt at a COUP, and the media is obviously complicit, because they are covering for, excusing, defending, misinforming, REFUSING to inform and outright lying to protect those, (including themselves,) involved in this travesty.

You missed the part that would point to tax fraud, not to mention Trump is not supposed to have anything to do with the holding company he wrote a check from.

Telling Cohen to invoice the payments on an NDA meant to hide an affair with a porn star as legal services is fraud if the intent is to use those expenses as a legitimate write off, which they are not.

In case you have relegated lying to nothing, Trump repeatedly lied about this situation which is by statute a breach of public trust... impeachable

You are still banking on the GOP refusing to hold Trump accountable, Congress now is, and it puts the senate in a place where they are forced to.

The right clear violation of the law put before the senate by congress, forces the senate to do the job they are sworn to do, which is uphold the law. McConnell can't just refuse to vote on it. The GOP ability to run interference for Trump is almost gone now.

Doesn't change the fact that Lanny Davis is a Democrat operative and close friend of Hillary. I guess it makes it so much better that the democrats are doing pro-bono work for Cohen. The point is Cohen is doing the Democrat's bidding. He is required to say all these things or no doubt he would be serving a lot more than 3 years.
