I don't know, the "Libertarians" I have encountered have all been very radical, I just checked and it would seem that you would be correct, at least according to the research I just did, my earlier comments were based on the "Libertarian" individuals I have encountered in the past and their view points.

If we were to include ALL current active parties, there would be four, there actually is a party calling themselves the Independent party, they are far right leaning. To be honest, I don't see them "keeping them honest", just more political divide. two conservative parties, one liberal party and one right/left party, seems like side stacking to me. If we can't guarantee that we can always get a Republican into office, let's add more conservative/"left/right" parties to the mix so we have better odds of ALWAYS getting our way.

I would like to see more moderation personally, less left wing extremes, less right wing extremes, more centerline politics. basically, government for ALL, not just one party or the other, let us govern for EVERY citizen's benefit.

Libertarians can be all over the place. A lot of people - from what I've seen - call themselves libertarian but they aren't really.

The democrat party during JFK's time is more the democrat party I'm envisioning. More toward the center. The republicans also used to be more toward the center.

Today's republicans aren't really true conservatives just as todays democrats aren't true liberals. If they were we'd be better off. A libertarian/conservative mix would be more toward the middle. Or just call them moderates as most people don't fully buy into their party's entire platform anyway.

The current system has each party putting themselves first over what's best for the country. That won't change and will only get worse. The "us vs them" mindset is only getting worse as well. The fault doesn't lie solely with either party - both shoulder the blame.

Where did I say no parties? I said we need major reform. That doesn't mean no parties. No parties would be total chaos.

What we have now is increasing gridlock. Less and less gets done because all they do is snipe at each other. Its only getting worse. How is it logical to stick with a system that is working against us?

I don't vote based on what's best for me. I vote for who I think is best for the country.

The party system will ALWAYS come down to partisan politics, even when some administrations worked their hardest to move beyond partisan politics, the opposition ALWAYS bucks and dig in their heels. There is no way we can reform the system to force humanity to work together for a better America, it just isn't going to happen. The only way to eliminate partisan politics seems to be that we do away with parties. That has it's own challenges as I pointed out already.

Congressional hearings should be of general interest to every citizen only if said citizen is into watching crimes in progress and progressive freak shows.

It'll never be eliminated but its never been this bad either and it sure ain't gonna get any better. So we either try and change it or we're going to be stuck with something even worse next go round. Get rid of lobbies, make it illegal for any politician to turn around and become a lobbyist. Get rid of career politicians, term limits, there are many things that can be done. We can't just throw our hands up and say 'it'll always be partisan so no point in changing'.

Those, like yourself, who hate Trump have already made up their minds about his guilt without any evidence. And you insist on being called Americans.

Are you kidding the evidence just keeps piling up. Now we have evidence Trump perjured himself on the written questions he answered for Mueller regarding Roger Stone and Wikileaks and he committed a crime in covering up the payment to Stormy Daniels. The guy keeps tripping over his little dick

The evidence is so obvious it smashes us in the face. Just today we have discovered evidence Trump perjured him self with his written answers to Mueller regarding whether of not he discussed Wikileaks with Roger Stone. He answered no --now we know tat was a lie

I agree with you on many of those points. What are your thoughts on appointing lobbyists to federal appointments, perhaps heading up the EPA (Andrew Wheeler, Deputy Administrator at the Environmental Protection Agency), our healthcare (Alex Azar, Secretary of Health and Human Services and Lance Leggitt, Chief of Staff of Department of Health and Human Services), Homeland Security (Thomas Blank, Chief of Staff, Immigration and Customs Enforcement), Transportation (Chris Brown, Associate Administrator for Government and Industry Affairs at the Federal Aviation Administration), Defense (Mark Esper, Secretary of the Army), Dept. of Labor (Geoffrey Burr, Chief of Staff), Commerce (Peter Davidson, General Counsel), Agriculture (Kristi Boswell, Senior Advisor to the Secretary at USDA), Dept. of the Interior (David Bernhardt, Deputy Secretary of the Interior), Dept. of Justice (Makan Delrahim, United States Assistant Attorney General for Antitrust), and Dept. of the Treasury (Drew Maloney, Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Legislative Affairs). Should we appoint lobbyists to these positions?

Cohen arrives to give a closed-door interview to the Senate Intelligence Committee.

As I posted elsewhere on OPP, Michael Cohen violated attorney / client priveledge, that right there is end of story.

So, you hope a man gets a shive in his back, nice. You sound like a mob member yourself or a communist.

We know this from a person who lied under oath more than once. He also lied as to his ethics when he became a lawyer. He also is testifying to keep his wife out of prison who could also be charged with bank fraud. Muller strikes again.
