Even had they brought charges the didn't have the votes in Congress to convict. That's why the Dim-O-Crats passed the 60 vote rule. Once they got the Senate they wanted to change it back to a majority rule.
That's how Bill Clinton wasn't impeached. There is a double jeopardy law that wouldn't alllw a person to be tried twice on the same charge.

The Dim-O-Crats lied for three years about seeing Obama's birth certificate. Then they produced a fake birth certificate the FBI proved was a forgery.
In Hawaii in the early 1960's recorded race as "Colored" the fake birth certificate had race as "Black" a term coined by Jessie Jackson in the early 1970's.
The fake birth certificate was on a form that was changed in 1968 to replace the old 1960 form. It was photoshop with three different layers. This was proved by the FBI forgery Department around 2010-11.
But that's just water under the bridge now.
