Democrats created most of the loopholes and shelters. These things date back to the 60 odd years that the Democrats controlled the House. If you have a thousand bucks and $990 of it is in a shelter, who cares if the remainder is taxed at 80 to 90 percent. Do you actually think that all these multimillionaire celebrities donate to and campaign for Democrats because they WANT to be taxed to hell and gone on all their money? These limousine Liberals have the bulk of their money safely stashed in IRS proof shelters.
