Here is the hearing document, section II lists the topics, this will be making Trump and his legal counsel figuring how to gag order this...My guess is that this list was given by Mueller to Cummings with a suggestion to ask him about these things. This is how Mueller will get everything out he knows whether Barr releases it or not. Questions will be crafted to target known things.
