Top of the morning to you lindajoy. I am a little late this morning. Had a long report by Sgt. Major. Clean up is almost finished with the second 100 acre plot. And will start on the 3rd in abpjt a week.

Sale of the wood chips was higher than last month. Construction of the new fire tower is underway. Weather is in low 40s to mid 70s. Great working conditions. The new employees are excellent workers. We are ahead of our schedule. God sure is good to me.

I am back!
I really believe Trump's support is well over 52%.
Everywhere he speaks thousands and thousands show up. Do not see those numbers on the left. Obama never drew a crowd half as large as Trump that I recall.
I have spoken to so many people who have switched to team Trump who voted Dems in past.
Just keep hoping and praying the truth about FBI and Justice dept finally is accepted and how they framed Trump to save Clinton.

You have to think before you jump.

I have been thinking about this expansion for about 10 years. The Obama years pushed it back to the back burner. By 2016 things started looking up.

I had my eye on the 510 acres but could never talk him into selling. Once his greedy heirs got the property things began falling into place.

The two great years under President Trump and sales doubled, after expenses and taxes I was able to pay cash for the property. I was prepared go break the rule of never borrowing money to expand but fhankfully I didn't have to.

The cleanup is ahead of schedual, the new fire tower is under construction, unexpected income from the cleanup was a God sent blessing.

Two brothers in the little town of Knoxville that have a trailor park want's to sell their rental trailers. Monday my Gunnery Sgt. Will go over and check out the trailers. They are old but are livable.

He is going to video tape them inside and out to see what repairs need to be done. I am not sure about how many but I think he has about 40 and the price is kind of low. The owners have about half of them rented now.

They have been wanting to sell them for a couple of years now. That would be ideal for my plans.

The seedlings are about 3 inchies high and will be ready to plant in March if the nice weather holds. Monday a crew from the tree farm will go over to the new place and start disking the area then the Co-op will spread lime and ferterlizer and the men will disk it again and we will be ready to plant.

I love it when our plans are on schedule and working. God takes care of his own.

My dear frind I am relaxed when I am thinking and planning. It's about all I can do since my mobility is limited. I had great teachers that taught me to be conservitive, think things out before taking action, never borrow money or go into debt, and be patient.

Works like a charm. I believe President Trump is following the same way my Grandpaw taught me. Plan things out, be patient and things will work out.

Happy valentine's to you my dear friend and may God continue to bless you and yours.
