taking other people's money is not a right of government. It just stealing, plain and simple.
Fart Heads need to learn that money will not change the climate, regardless of what humans do. The gas all humans need is O2, the gas all plants need is CO2. Humans need to plant more trees, graze more COWs to produce both O2 and CO2 then we togather, humans, cows and Trees will continue to have an happy coexistence.
