You are saying "hate speech is not free speech." But that is not correct! The Supreme Court never has created a category of speech that is defined by its hateful conduct, labeled it hate speech, and said that that is categorically excluded by the first amendment. Speech cannot be punished just because of its hateful content. But when you get beyond content and look at context, speech with a hateful message may be punished, if in a particular context it directly causes certain specific, imminent, serious harm — such as a genuine threat that means to instill a reasonable fear on the part of the person at whom the threat is targeted that he or she is going be subject to violence.

You must realize that OPP is privately owned and you have, as prescribed by law, an "alternate means of exercising that right" of speech, an alternate channel, that still allows legitimate speech to be expressed." So, you can be limited or banned from FR&S without infringement of your "right." There are at least two other options available for you to express your beliefs; main and general chit chat. In addition, the Internet is home to many forums where the rules are more relaxed.

I am sorry if this section did not meet your needs and I encourage you to migrate your "positions" to one of the other sections....General Chit Chat or Main. I can not guarantee that your comments will be treated differently in either section or that no one will create a topic that angers you..... but, should you encounter a similar problem, contact ADMIN outlining your issue and I am confident they will review the topic, comment, and your complaint without being biased. Firstly... I am not a Protestant... Or any of tge other denominations you listed...

Secondly... Without knowing what my belief in Jesus Christ is, how could you possibly label it as false?

Thirdly... My step-father's father is a member of the Ojibawa Nation... A First Nation group from Canada and America... And as a boy he was removed from his family (by the Catholic church) and forcibly converted... Which included beatings for not speaking English...
He has never beat any of his children and is one of the kindest and most gentle souls I have had the honor to meet...

Fourthly... The Catholic church has throughout history persecuted and beaten/killed/ tortured numerous denominations... That is history... And the Church is still paying out reparations to individuals who were raped and molested by priests of the Church... Simple fact...
