The formal inquiry from his own judicial bench was another thing that should have been resolved but was not looked into by the senate as it should have been. The complaint had to do with a breach of ethics that is what it is, not to mention he departed from the law in an abortion case in 2017 to a degree he was immediately overturned on appeal. It is not okay for a supreme court judge to have such a feeble grasp of the law that they can't adhere to the constitution as far as established law is concerned. He is a judge that is not afraid to make his own sideways rulings.

Two things here that are deal breakers for a supreme court judge, this is what happens when confirmations are not done right, in such a way that they weed out the garbage that is not acceptable.

IMHO: It's a damned shame that the obstructionist Progressive Dims in Congress, and their RINO cohort plants, have so little of importance to keep them busy that they continually pursue this kind of trivial bullshit instead of what they were duly elected to do. For all the good they have accomplished for the USA for at least the last couple of years, we should get our money back, including all their expenditures for liquor, medical insurance, travel, and etc. They should never be paid during a government shutdown or anytime they are not in session. The Coast Guard and the Military should always be paid before the Congresspersons, for National security reasons! The Progressives talk a lot about National security, but they actually want a NWO with open borders and no Nation, just a third-world colony again. Selective enforcement of various laws, including immigration laws, have become a way of life for the corrupted National law enforcement agencies as well as some States, Counties, and Cities; "sanctuaries for illegals" should never receive ANY Federal tax money! We didn't hire these "career political leaches" to just name bridges, buildings, and roadways after themselves and their friends nor making themselves and their friends greatly wealthier, but they make one helluva salary, not to mention fantastic benefits (legal or not), for doing little other than these things and redistributing the wealth of the working class citizens of the USA to undeserving political interests of questionable value all over the world.

Considering some of the unconstitutional benefits programs, bills, and laws they create, all Congresspersons should have to pee in a cup and blow in a breathalyzer when entering their buildings, and again when leaving their buildings, just to be sure they haven't taken some high-powered pill or consumed too much alcohol; they need to be unimpaired and sober when they are considering their bills and voting on them.

I often wonder if they shouldn't be investigated for conflicts of interest, considering their close relationships with Wall Street, Big Pharma, the illegal Drug and Human-Trafficking Cartels, terrorists, and other crooks (why else would they be against a border-barrier and photographic voter IDs?); their goal seems to be that if they get a sufficient number of Democratic voters, illegal or otherwise, they will never have to worry about being voted out of office again and thus have complete control of our newly formed Utopian third-world colony, until it runs out of working class money and fails as Socialism has always done in the past. However, all the investigators seem to be Progressive Dims, RINOs, Establishment, or Deep State, and they only harass, indite, and prosecute conservatives, so the investigative results wouldn't mean or matter a helluva lot.

However, what really scares me is that supposedly intelligent people keep voting these duds back into their plush offices; this points out that we really need term limits in the worst of ways to control these "career politicians, or political leaches," and get them out of their nearly lifetime positions, before they can fully master the real black-art of fleecing the public for their own aggrandizement, power, greed, ego, and personal wealth enhancement. I'm sure most thinking people know the reason why they spend millions of dollars getting elected, and it's not the attractive and overly abundant salary for a three-day workweek; but Willy Sutton probably said it best when he said he robbed banks because that's where the money is, and that's why lawyers and crooks become politicians and go to DC, because that's where the money is, and they don't even need a gun. Most of the big-citified Congresspersons don't even know which end of a gun the bullet comes out of, or realize that a gun is just a tool, and what they don't understand frightens them, so, since they don't understand very many things, they remain frightened of guns most of the time; look at Pelosi, who has one of those "immoral" walls around her property I hear, and even a body guard or two who, OMG, carry guns! Is she "immoral" or just an old hypocrite who should have retired years ago, and taken Chuckie-boy Schumer with her?

Justice Brett Kavanaugh went through hell to get onto the Supreme Court.

Democrats did everything in their power to take him down.

But now that he’s finally in, he just got news that could remove him.

The confirmation of Justice Kavanaugh is one of President Donald Trump’s biggest accomplishments.

Throughout former President Barack Obama’s two terms he was only able to confirm two Justices to the Supreme Court.

And in Trump’s first two years he has been able to match him, with Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch.

Needless to say, Democrats are furious.

They pulled every card in their playbook to prevent this from happening.

Using a series of phony sexual assault allegations, they put him through weeks of relentless attacks which nearly destroyed his confirmation process.

If they were able to succeed, some Democrats were hoping to hold back any other Supreme Court nominee until Trump’s term expires.

But their failure means that Kavanaugh can spend the rest of his life on the highest court.

That is unless they are able to remove him from his position.

And that is one thing that Democrats are pushing, now that they have control of the House of Representatives.

With their new power in the House, they are able to run investigations with little oversight.

Many of these investigations will be into the President, scouring into his business dealings prior to taking office, and into the same debunked Russia collusion conspiracy theory Special Counsel Robert Mueller is currently looking into.

But one investigation that Democrats are likely to focus heavily on is into Justice Kavanaugh.

And now one Democrat is making it clear that investigation will be into proving he committed perjury during his testimony in front of Congress.

Democrat Rep. Joe Neguse of Colorado said as much in a recent constituent panel.

“There’s no question [Kavanaugh] committed perjury during the confirmation hearings and so forth,” Neguse said when asked if the justice might be impeached. “I think the Judiciary Committee is likely to take that up.”

Perjury is a favorite charge to lie against those who otherwise have done no wrongdoing.

During testimony, it is often that individuals may misrepresent or mistake something, and whether unintentional or not, it can be used to levy perjury charges.

In the case of Kavanaugh, this charge is particularly sinister.

He is being questioned about decades-old events, so all that is needed to prove he perjured himself is to prove he misstated a date.

Kavanaugh’s testimony relating to his high school calendars makes that especially easy.

But it is also likely they will work off of a theory popularized in the media relating to when he first learned of an allegation from a classmate at Yale.

In testimony, Kavanaugh claims that he first heard of the story in an article in The New Yorker.

But there are allegations that his team was discussing the allegation prior to publication, making it possible to create a case for perjury.

In the end, these pushes for perjury charges are ridiculous.

If they wanted to, it is likely that evidence leading towards perjury could be found in his accuser, Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony.

That’s just what happens with recalling decade’s old information.

Hay...A lot of what you have written is very true. However, this Progressive Democrat can’t quite figure out what type of system do you recommend? I know we surely have big problems the way we are running it now. One thing I can surely say someone needs to control Capitalism or it will eat all of us alive.

We very much do need a Republican Party...just not the one we have now. If they would only get there collective heads out of there butts. Nothing in government works without compromise. As I have said many times...through compromise no one gets everything they want...we all just get what we need. You know...the good old give and take.
