Until somebody abolishes the Tenth Amendment these laws may stand up. They will not be considered in the 9th Judicial Circuit. Whoops, I forgot, Arizona is in that area. At any rate there won't be as much fraud involving illegal aliens in Kansas this coming November.

Kobach and Bennett then filed a joint lawsuit against the EAC on Aug. 21, 2013, arguing that “a mere oath without concrete evidence of citizenship” is not sufficient to determine the eligibility of voters who fill out the federal forms. Both presented evidence in federal court showing that aliens were in fact being registered to vote in their states.

“It happens and it’s documented,” Kobach told CNSNews.com.

I have to wonder if some appellate court will manage to upset this District Court ruling. It may not get done in time to have any kind of effect on the coming election.

Georgia has taken steps to stop illegal voting, but it will take awhile to go fully into affect. It started this Feb and will take 5 years or so to get everyone registered. You now need a birth certificate to renew a drivers license or get a new one. I don't know how fast Arizona and Kansas are putting their law into effect, but if they are making everyone re-register to vote, it could be pretty fast. I think Ohio and a few other states will be jumping on this pretty fast too. They have got to stop this illegal voting or our elections mean NOTHING.

As for the Congress passing laws that override state laws, they can't. Not unless they make an amendment to the Constitution to allow it. As it stands right now, Congress cannot make any laws that force states to drop their laws and use federal laws instead.

Some of the things Obama and his people are doing are just stupid. Either they do not read the Constitution or they can't understand it. They seem to think they can pass any law they want and it will be THE law of the land. Wishful thinking on their part.

I would surely agree with your last paragraph, but our AG and his leader don't see much in Amendment 10 that they want to enforce. If we don't get rid of them soon there is no telling what may happen, especially if the Demoncraps manage to gain very many seats in the House in the upcoming election and manage to hold their ground in the Senate.
