Why should DACA be considered anything but illegal aliens? Soon, the way California's criminal politics are mining votes, illegal aliens will be voting in even larger numbers. The truth of the matter is all criminal illegal aliens should be deported and a wall built! Period!

The second[a] shutdown of the United States federal government in 2018, which has continued into January 2019, began at midnight EST on Saturday, December 22. It occurred when the United States Congress and President Donald Trump could not agree on an appropriations bill to fund the operations of the federal government for the 2019 fiscal year, or a temporary continuing resolution that would extend the deadline for passing a bill.

TRUMP HAD AGREED TO SIGN THIS BILL BUT CHANGED HIS MIND AND WOULD NOT SIGN IT. At that point he should have vetoed and sent it back to Congress. That is when he decided to shut down the government.

Because it didn't have his border wall money in it. He told everyone last year he would never sign another continuing resolution bill. Ben Carson is selling memory pills, you should buy some.

So you are in favor of another amnesty to go with the other seven in which Democrats and RINOs reneged on their promises of increased border security and immigration reform? You support rewarding law breakers with amnesty? Next time someone burglarizes your house, how about you give them a cash payout?

Use the illegals to build the wall, and THEN deport them.

Article says Trump voters blame him for the shut down, BUT blame the Demon-c-RATS for refusing to open it up. Trump has a good offer on the table, but Nancy and Chucky hate Trump more then they want to open the shutdown. Those are your heroes?

I’m a Republican and know a number of Republicans who are not fed up with the shutdown caused by the Democrats’ refusal to negotiate in goodwill.

I don't know any who want the government to open until the appropriations for the wall are made and codified.

They pass those bills KNOWING that Trump will veto it. 5 billion dollars is chump change compared to the billions they send to Central America in aid. If that doesn't clear things up for you, please stop drinking the Kool-Aid.

Correct answer, all 11million + illegals need to be given 6months to sell their junk or pack up and leave or they get deported the hard way.

Trump can’t have it both ways... we did not support him for this.

Trump declared he was proud to own the shutdown, and that he was willing to keep the shutdown going for months, even years. And I see nothing reasonable in his proposal
