We all pretty well know who is Right and who is left of first base on this sight . What we don't know who are vets and who never served. Some are proud of their service to the country and you see it in their names and icons. Some are proud and just don't seem to show it. I have respect for another vet left or right so how about all vets let everyone else know their years, service, and their MOS? I'll ever start, Jan 70 to 73, Army, 11B10. radio operator.

The closest I came to combat was as an aggressor put out in the nights to terrorize companies of camped out recruits taking the technical advantage to remove cigarettes from their K-Rations.

U.S.M.C., MOS-8541, Scout/Sniper. Served this great country from 1974 to 1980 after high school.
Upon separation, I was in Law Enforcement for 35 years.

The service turns mindless teenagers, street punks and all in between to someone with a purpose and goal in life. Through luck and what the Army gave me I kept a roof over my family's head and they never wanted. I would have become some unemployed bum but never a Leftist. What the service taught me I could write it all down but just think of the Scout's motto. Something like that.

Bring back the draft and let God back into the schools. the nation would start curing it's self The stupid would still be stupid but a respectable stupid with moral values. They would shut their pie holes with the ability to know with their mouths closed people will have a harder time determining just how stupid they really are, so everybody wins. But the losers and we all know who they are.
