Thats not how it went,Grace...According to people who actually were there he said If i open up Gov in 30 days can you give me money for Border Security, her Ugliness Uglosi said NO!!!...So President Trump..Then we have nothing to discuss and left...

And even if you dont like President,what about Democrats???Instead of going on this stupid retreat which could of been done later after Shutdown is over...Democrats and Republicans alike should of sit down like an adults and solved this problem before next Caravan which is on the way here starting next week...And they say its even bigger then the last one......We need Border Security wich includes the Border Wall or Barrier or whatever you want to call it..We need it NOW!!!1

the Democrats passed 3 bills that would open the government but the Senate can't vote on it because Mitch McConnell is home in Kentucky so it doesn't matter where the Dems are the ball is in the republican court

None of these bills included what President Trump asked for....Border Barrier, something that Border Patrol Agents NEED!!!!......None of these Rats went to the Az Border where President was and talked to the Border Agents.....

Of course the wording "tantrum" might be somewhat an overstatement, I believe that his response was the most composed he has ever been when being told no in this case. But the fact remains, he insisted on the border wall, no negotiation, my way or the highway, when told no, he refused any more discussion and left.

Why dont you blame Pelosi who doesnt want to give in an inch!!!!...Its her fault..also!!!!.....She wouldnt even talk to mothers of kids who got killed by her favorite illegal criminals....Pelosi is a SHAM!!!!

I am not really passing blame, just pointing out that your comment towards Grace was unwarranted. BOTH sides should come to the table and work on compromises.

Whether that negotiation ends in a border wall or not or even whether it should or not.... I would be more likely to favor the wall if I thought that it would be an extensive border plan that included not just the wall (which is what Trump is likely to try to reduce it to being), but one that attacked the problem comprehensively, more reliance on more modern ways to detect those breaching the wall and locating them, more enforcement in regards to locating those already here, denying employment to those already here, deportation of those already here (illegally only, legals are entitled to stay and work).

Without a comprehensive plan, no border wall will ever be effective.
