I cannot find a single thing in your post to complain about. It is true. Ignorant voters are as big a threat to our survival as a decent nation as are the power hungry politicians who manage to get into office. I grew up dirt poor and am not really well off now, but I am comfortable and I thank God for that. I try to help my fellow man as I see fit. I don't care for the way this huge bureaucratic government "administers" programs to help me. Recklessness and hubris reside in the halls of Congress - thoughts of constituents and their concerns are of value only so far as the vote comes in. What an insult our "leaders" laud us with!! But if there is one thing I might want to challenge you on, it is that republican voters may not be as well versed as you think they should be - but most of them know who is running for what office and why they should vote him in or out, whereas so many democrat voters never have heard of Barney Frank or Chris Dodd! Many of them have never heard of Karl Marx, or so they say. Quite a few of them don't know who Maxine Waters is or Harry Reid. Where do these idiots hide out throughout times between elections??
