I do not.. He was so drunk he could not drive, and now will most likely be killed during his arrest.. that is the most common result for killing a cop, anywhere in our country..

NO!! Murdering a cop is not for ICE to look into.. it is a violation that California state law should and will address.. But I think he will never live to see a day in court...
No state or city gives sanctuary to killers.. they are all about doing the job ICE should do but tries to hand off to local forces..

I'm not sure all libs are Traitors. I know a few who are absolutely disgusted with the antics of Pelosi & Schumer and the democrat party, they lean more right daily. If it indeed comes to that, those committed libs not on the run will be hiding under their beds, or in mommy's basement...

I can assure you that I most definitively have the wrong impression of what sanctuary cities are about... I (Personally) find the phenomenon incomprehensible...
I am also quite fine with the concept of this individual's (impending) fate...

They certainly did with Kate Steinle's killer. I think we should dump every wetback thief, murderer and rapist in San Francisco and just build a wall around the Bay Area. It would be much cheaper and give the rest of the country a schadenfreude moment to remember.

At least a San Fran wall would be shorter..
As for the killing of Kate, as in most trials, the past record can not be considered..
So If I recall right, the gun discharged by accident and the jury was convinced of that..
So the verdict was predicated on that for the most part and it was ruled an accident..
Or I may be remembering another incident..

Regarding Kate Steinle, saying her murderers acquittal was because it was accidental is still wrong. He should have been at last been found guilty of involuntary manslaughter regardless of wether it was accidental, that was indisputable. He killed Kate. His motive under that chg should be irrelevant, but he was acquitted of ANY charge causing her death. How could that possibly be innocent? Two yrs. (w/early release) for murder and aggravated robbery? And then deportation for a 6th time? Outrageous!
