I new here although I've been reading opportunity for several years . I guess most of this is in response to me proclaiming that president Trump was the best in my lifetime .
Just so you'll know I'm a registered Democrat
The sheriff 's department here was very poli political when I was in my early twenties and if you weren't registered Democrat you would not get hired . Also my father and grandfather word die-hard Democrats . But around 1980 I started paying real close attention to the politics and the difference and at least the appearance are the Republicans and the Democrats and I have voted around 95% Republican since then . I just wanted your readers to understand where I stood and where I came from .

As far as Nikki Haley in my opinion she did a great job as ambassador to the UN. Although I think we should kick the UN out of our country immediately. I have no use for Nikki Haley due to the fact that when she was the governor of South Carolina she band the Confederate flag and that's what took the Confederate flags from all over our country and it was nothing but a bunch of garbage at flag never heard a damn thing. I am a southerner born-and-bred and I always will be .

I agree with your UN statement as well as the flag ... I'm Northern born & bred & our history should be preserved... but Trump is still the delusional son of a wealthy man...

Oh please Smedley, the problem is that we can't keep up with them on a daily bases, how about his latest one, to give the military a 10% raise? One-tenth would take up way too much of my time but you can check them all out yourself with the fact checkers, they put down what is said... to what is real. You can start with him bragging about his own inauguration being the biggest E-V-E-R and go from there.

That's it exactly Floyd, for a good balance we need to have both parties, actually more then two would be even better in order to stop this polarization. I wish more people would see this and not see each anothers perspective as being the enemy.
