Can anyone answer this question about the Muller investigation?

Okay,
1. Comey starts an investigation on possible Russian interference in the 2016 election.

2. Sessions recuses himself from Comey's investigation.

3. Rosenstein recommends to the president to fire Comey.

4. The president fires Comey.

5. Rosenstein then recommends special council.

6. Comey reports to the judicial committee.

7. Rosenstein refuses to testify before the committee.

8. Flynn, Cohan, and others plead guilty on unrelated charged.

9. Sentencing for Flynn is delayed and the judge is convinced Flynn committed treason.

My first question is why the Special consul? Special consul is only recommended for "conflict of interest". Where is the conflict of interest?

If there was a conflict of interest would it be within the justice department, specifically within the FBI?

With the recusal of Sessions the conflict of interest should have been solved. But Rosenstein felt there was a conflict of interest. What conflict of interest?

The FBI is charged with investigating all persons. So I ask again why the Special consul? Doing the work of the FBI?

Something doesn't add up here. Or am I just crazy?

No. Let's look at the situation. With the attorney general recusing himself there was no conflict of interest. However, there would be a conflict of interest if the investigators have a prejudice against a particular group.

If the FBI is the group with the prejudice, then Rosenstein and anyone whom he appoints would share that prejudice. And if that is true, then they could, "make up" charges that never existed. Making the investigation compromised. This is what I fear....

The outgoing president could charge the incoming president of a charge that is bogus. Just like the incoming president could then fire the outgoing president's appointed officials. This would cause chaos within a politically neutral branch of the government. I believe that would be unconstitutional.

We argued many years ago, the constitutionality of Eric Holder's "enforce the laws the administration agrees with" and not enforce the entire law. Which leads to judges legislating at the bench. This severely damages the executive and legislative branches of government.

The new attorney general should not fire the Mueller investigation but put the investigation on hold. And then appoint a new special council to investigation the Russian interference as a whole and not directed towards one campaign. The second special counsel should be headed by Trey Gowdy or Jay Sekulow or someone from Judicial Watch. Where Mueller was tasked with investigation of the Trump campaign, the second special counsel should be tasked with looking at the candidates and their campaigns in 2016 election. Then when the full evidence of the corruption is found out.

Fact: the DNC and the RNC were both hacked. Security protocols on the RNC worked, where security protocols on the DNC did not. The why was never addressed. A relentless attack on the Trump Campaign was started.

A fair investigation needs to be commissioned. An investigation based on impartiality and one that looks at all campaigns in the 2016 election would be a fair special investigation. In my opinion the FBI failed in its mission. Comey was not impartial. He was obviously against two candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. So all should be investigated. The FBI, Clinton campaign, Trump campaign and the other 16 candidates. If this is not accomplished, then the president should direct the attorney general to shut it all down in the interest of justice.

I simply consider this position because of the prejudice shown in the Bret Kavanaugh senate confirmation. If they can attack an appointee with such prejudice, then they can attack any american with the same prejudice, and prejudice is not justice. Thus the rule of law, innocent until proven guilty, is broken and the justice department is forever damaged.
