New chief of staff a good sign?

Nick Ayers the 36 year old chief of staff for Mike Pence looks like he may be getting a promotion and fill that role for the Pumpkinfuhrer. Retired General John Kelly has been serving in that role for a while and is no longer on speaking terms with Trump and is likely to resign in days. Kelly who has referred to Trump as an idiot did his best to bring a semblance of sanity and professionalism to the White House this effort has been rebuked by the criminals and sycophants trump associates with along with the Pumpkinfuhrer himself. Many are alarmed that a patsy friend of of Trumps crooked daughter and son in law will be ineffective as ringmaster and the buffoonery will multiply. I am optimistic and hope that Ayers is just taking the job to smooth the transition to the Pence administration when trump is ousted.

It is something else that Trump has gone through so many staff and cabinet members.---He can't get them to kiss butt and do his bidding and they are gone-out! usually with personally disparaging tweets to follow. He wants his own judges his own senators and he wants absolute power and control. I would say the man is impossible to please and working in his administration must be a never ending nightmare.

Pence's Chief of Staff...?
They would eat Trump for breakfast, I can't imagine Trump going with a Pence staffer, he doesn't trust Pence as far as he can throw him.
