The level that blows me away is how governor's powers are being treated by the GOP. I don't get how a republican governor in a republican controlled state can go along with a set and consistent list of duties and things the governor is responsible for, with cabinet and high level positions that are theirs to hire and fire...
...and as soon as they lose the position to a dem they scramble to use their majorities to gut the powers of the new governor. Any court is going to overturn actions like this, and the GOP is appealing it, and taking it as far as the supreme court if they can. With this supreme court it would be no surprise to see the conservatives overturn lower court decisions and allow such unconstitutional acts.

We always get our chance to clean up the messes of the right.
After we clean up the mess the right made.
We have another round of the right messing things up & rewarding them self for having to put up with what the left did to fix things.
Ours is not a life of joy.
Ours is a life of do or die.
We take our joy in putting it all back together.
It is just getting harder & harder to do.
My mother never said life would be easy.
But she did leave me with the determination to do the best I could.
My biggest regret in life was when my father died at a young age.
I was not there for my mother to ease the loss & the need for support she should have gotten from me.
Both of my parents love me & I never lacked for love & loving care.
Now in my declining years I wish to bring out the best in my self.
In doing so I need help from others.
We need to help each other bring out the best in each other.
There is so much good in life.
We really can over come the bad.
If we all look to each other for the help we all need.
In being the best person we can be.
It is at this time of year we need to try a bit harder to bring out the best in each other.
